With his multi-various instrumental approach, Mr. Imani has trained himself to proficiency not only in the realm of classical and improvisational piano, but saxophone, guitar(s), many styles of drums, songwriting, and music production. A fine friend and terrific teacher
Imani has been along time family friend of mine and has always been there when I needed him. He is dependable and diligent with whatever he does. About 4 years prior, I asked him if he could teach my niece piano. He thankfully agreed and took her under his wing. Although the lessons only lasted roughly 3 months (my niece became disinterested naturally), his patience, presence, and approach were phenomenal in my opinion. My niece is usually not very accommodating but he was somehow able to calm her and get her interested in learning the chords (for the 3 months anyway).
