About Me
Jules is a classically trained guitarist. He has been taking private lessons in guitar and music from both his father, a former member of the Classical Guitar Society and instructor at the Guitar Studio Fort Worth, as well as from Michael Dailey, the head of the guitar department at Texas Wesleyan University where he is pursuing his bachelors degree in guitar performance. At the age of 13, Jules began performing professionally following several amateur performances in elementary school. Jules's professional debut was at the popular HBO series Prison Break industry party. Since, his career has been substantial and successful. In the past six years he has performed a range of musical styles from classical, jazz, and blues to rock, pop, and EDM. His more broad professional resume includes several notable performances. Such performances include but are not limited to the solo recital at the Prison Break industry party, providing entertainment at the TCCD Fine Arts Gallery, a concert in the Omni Penthouse for a donor's reception held by TCCD, with President Shimon Peres in attendance, college recitals, and successful scholarship auditions, as well as popular establishments such as The Rail and the Boiler Room in Dallas and Fort Worth. His most notable and commercially successful work was achieved in a solo act as well as with a band called The Freak Show Band. It is with this group that Jules recorded, pressed, and published a demo, EP, and several singles, and played several performances in support of all the released material. These are available for download on iTunes, Reverbnation, Amazon and can be streamed via YouTube.
