I put myself through well over 60 hours of work a week because of my love of music. Since I first threw a record into my parents record player I was hooked. My first love is drums and that's why it's the only instrument I teach. I've been playing for 18 years and teaching for 10. I started teaching because it seemed apparent that drummers are notorious for not being "real musicians," therefore I focus a lot on not just technique and style, but what it's like playing WITH A BAND and playing what any given song needs.
