Getting my first pair of drumsticks at only 6 years old, I have been an avid Drummer for 18 years. Throughout my music career, I have had experience in a Corps Style Drumline, in live professional Rock Bands, in Church Worship Bands, and as an instructor, both privately and with an ensemble. In addition to my extensive musical experience, I have taken multiple courses in education, and was a Student-Teacher at the Elementary level for over a Year. Outside of the music industry, as an Events Coordinator for a Family Entertainment Center, I have spent my entire adult life managing teenagers and working with children of all ages on a daily basis.

Nick T. is proficient in and teaches Drum Lessons .Formal Education:
I have had 6 seasons of experience on a Corps Style Drumline, marching in the Battery for all 6 seasons. Our Drumline held a perfect 1st place record at each and every field-style competition we participated in.
Private Education:
I was given 2 months of private drum lessons when I began drumming at 6 years old, but surpassed my instructor's pace and moved to self-teaching. When I joined the Drumline, I began recieving private lessons from our Caption Head (Eric Pease - Cavaliers Drum Captain 2010) in addition to the formal, full-ensemble training.
Performing Experience:
I have had experience performing in front of both hudreds and thousands of people throughout my music career. I have played in Church Bands to large audiences, and have played and headlined at venues thoughout the Atlanta market in various Rock Bands. Throughout my Drumline Experience, I competed in an assortment of venues in front of over a thousand people.
Experience Teaching:
I have had several years' experience in teaching private lessons to students, focused on both Drum Set and Drumline. In addition, I have had a year experience as a Drum Tech; teching for the same Drumline I was in for 6 seasons after graduating.

With Nick you can tell music is what he breathes. He is very methodical in terms of a plan so you can guarantee a structured lesson plan.
