To whom it concerns, I had the pleasure of hiring and working with Robert during his time with Hot Topic. During his initial interview, I could tell that he was an outgoing individual ready to tackle whatever task put before him. His ability to start a conversation with confidence and maintain a dialogue with a group was impressive which is one of the many reasons I ended up hiring Robert at my store's location. Once on the team, he made professional decisions and worked his way up to a leadership role where he helped delegate projects to the team and followed up with time management. Communication is a huge aspect in his success of moving forward with the company, and I believe he has the skills necessary to bring these traits to wherever his career path brings him. His passion to always do his best while maintaining a fun but still work-related atmosphere is something that any employer would be happy to have on their team.
