DANIELE  – BASSIST,PIANIST,SINGER,COMPOSER,PRODUCER. Daniele is an Italian musician. As a child, he began studying piano, at 13 years old he started study of bass independently ,getting into "bass vibrations" and taking part in a musical worship group in his church, and he has been honing and perfecting his talents ever since. In addition to his studies, Daniele began collaborating with groups of many different musical genres, experimenting with styles including rock, Latin jazz, funk, fusion, blues, R&B, samba and pop, while staying very active in the Christian gospel scene in Naples and around Italy. By age 19, he had launched his professional career, and has since established himself as one of Italy's most up-and-coming young bassists. In the last ten years, Daniele has performed in diverse venues across Italy, Europe, Australia and South Africa, on televised broadcasts and in clubs, theaters, concert halls and festivals. He has toured and recorded with internationally acclaimed Christian artists such as Albino Montisci, Evan Schoombie, Scott Alan, Sara Alicino, Stefano Cucchi and well-known secular artists such as Italian favorites Eddy Napoli,Nello Daniele and Luna. Notable achievements include a stint from 1 performing as part of a 54-piece orchestra directed by Maestros Fabio Ambrosino, Paolo Ormi, Pier Francesco Borrelli and Ciro Barbato. During the yearly Festival of Naples, the group appeared live numerous times on Retequattro (Mediaset), a popular Italian television station, alongside various Italian musical luminaries. In 2003, Daniele had the honor of touring the world with acclaimed South-African actor turned Christian worship leader and singer Evan Schoombie. Visiting such far-flung locales as South Africa, Israel and Switzerland, Daniele was part of a group of top-notch session players promoting Schoombie’s album Completo, on which Daniele co-wrote as well as recorded several tracks. A live DVD was later released from that same tour. As Daniele’s career continues to expand, he divides his time between important Christian-rock and gospel projects and mainstream Italian artists, while also managing to stay on the cutting edge of the experimental underground music scene in Italy. Daniele has toured Europe with gospel artist Albino Montisci, and Australia with Neapolitan classical singer Eddy Napoli. While Daniele delights in bringing popular music to international crowds, he has also believes in the need for new and innovative music that comes directly from the streets of Italy. It was with this goal in mind that in 2006, he started the funk-rock group Benzina, which has gone on to receive much acclaim and recognition from the Italian rock community. After receiving much acclaim from the Italian rock community, the band went on to open for important groups like Jamiroquai, REM, Planet Funk, Zucchero, Tricarico and Bugo. Their self-released EP Io Passo (I Pass) was one of the most downloaded albums of 2006, and received heavy radio-play on many of Italy’s main radio stations. Daniele has also written and recorded his own album entitled Intorno a Noi (Around Us), a highly personal reflection on the nature of despair, hope and salvation. In spite of being one of Napoli's busiest bassists, Daniele found time, together with his companion Ingrid, to organize music events and running Zero dB Lab, a music school, recording studio and musical event production company which he founded in 2007. As a Certified Yamaha Music School. The production branch of Zero dB has helped to organize events like a live concert for 2,000 fans with Michael W. Smith, and the 2-week Marte Live Festival, a showcase for Italy's most promising new artistic talent. Today Daniele Deis touring United States with Kelli, daughter of Country singer Johnny Lidell (Primrose Lane).
