Music learning began when I was 6 years old, and never stopped! Playing music is a passion of mine, and it is my joy to pour that love for music into my students. I have taught piano for 10 years, instructing in anything from classical piano repertoire, lead sheet reading, composition, and theory. Movie music is some of my favorite to play and teach...as well as a little Bach and Beethoven.

I received my Bachelors of Music from The Masters College in Santa Clarita, California in 2005.
Private Education:
Private lessons were a part of my life growing up, from age 6 to 18, then continued through college.
Performing Experience:
Performed several times in my hometown, Bremerton, Washington for community concerts. Have also played in bands at my church for the past 10 years.
Experience Teaching:
Teaching piano has been a vital part of my life for the past 10 years after college, but even before that, I started teaching kids in high school in the 1990s. In past years, my students have participated in multiple annual studio recitals, joined community musical events, played on worship teams in churches, performed in monster piano concerts, and more! I enjoy teaching young students, and get them to really love music!
