Qualified Percussion instructor looking to teach dedicated students with a passion for percussion. Have taught students of all ages and skill level, some with no prior exposure to music or rhythm. Prepared students for stage performance, quarterly recitals, auditions and other events. Have 5 years teaching experience (local music school and private), 4 years Marching Drum Corps, World and Traditional Percussion instruction. Former wind ensemble percussionist and captain of the tenor drum line. Composed several etudes and cadences for the drum line and lead various parades such as Dragon-Con, Founders Day, Old Soldiers Day, Veterans Day. Also willing to teach music theory to those interested.

Performing Experience:
I have conducted concerts with my students at Sanford Hall, Ferst Center for the Arts, Gwinnett Performing Arts Center IACA, First Redeemer Church etc As a Former Captain of the drum corps, I set up practice sections, composed cadences for parades and football games, and ultimately won State honors at the Georgia Bandmasters program (GBP).
Experience Teaching:
Worked with 3 Music Schools: G R School of Music (Suwanee), Musika and Krishnakunj School of Music. My students have performed in recitals and have helped raise money for St. Jude's Children’s hospital.
